MAAC Dilsukhnagar is owned and operated by Kalpchitra Creations, an authorised franchise Business Partner of Aptech Ltd. This page explains what we collect when you enquire about a course, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website, our forms on Google, our WhatsApp number and our phone lines.
What we collect
- What you give us when you enquire: your name, mobile number, city, the course you are interested in, and anything you write in a message. When you visit the centre, what you tell your counsellor.
- When you fill in our form inside a Google ad, the answers to that form, which Google passes to us.
- When you call or message us: your number, the time, and the conversation.
- When you use this website: an enquiry reference number, and the identifiers our measurement tools set (Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies, and the advertising click reference if you came from one of our ads), plus the first page you visited. These tell us which of our ads and pages lead to an enquiry. They do not tell us who you are.
Why we use it
- To call or message you about the course you asked for, and to book your visit to the centre.
- To run the counselling and admission you ask for.
- To learn which of our ads and pages work, so we spend less on the ones that do not.
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone for their own marketing.
Who else handles it
Your details are kept in our email and spreadsheets (Google Workspace), on this website's server, and in the customer records system we use to follow up enquiries. Google receives the measurement data described above. Aptech Ltd., the owner of the MAAC brand, receives the details needed to register you if you enrol. Each of these handles the data for us, for the purposes above.
How long we keep it
An enquiry that does not lead to an admission is deleted 24 months after our last contact with you. If you enrol, we keep your records for as long as the law and your course certification require.
If you are under 18
Please ask a parent or guardian to make the enquiry with you, or to come to the counselling. We do not knowingly keep a person's details if they are under 18 and no parent or guardian is involved.
What you can ask us
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you. Write to care@maacdilsukhnagar.co.in, call 090326 18881, or tell us on WhatsApp; to stop messages, reply STOP. We answer within 7 days.
Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes
If we change this policy, we change the date at the top of this page.
